Built-in Events
The following events can be triggered by writing them in the text field of Do: with “broadcast event”. By calling any of these events they will make them occur in the mission at either a given time or event depend on the “when” setting. Any time <name> appears below in relation to a jet you can use player to signify the player character. Otherwise the name refers to the name of the object you set in the editor which can be anything.
- autolock - Makes it so all jets are always visible on radar
- noenemylock - stop the enemy from being able to lock the player
- enemylock - turns enemy lock back on if it’s been turned off by noenemylock
- stopfriendly - stops all friendly units (changing their movement from forward or waypoint to stop)
- attackbombers - Tells all enemy jets to attack friendly bombers
- forceradar - show all enemies on radar whether they are visible or not
- dropnuke - Have the first B1-B found on the map drop its nuke
- Note you can call this for a specific jet (or set of jets) by giving them a name and then calling “dropnuke a” where a is the name of the jet. If multiple jets are called a they will all drop at the same time
- Also note this is poorly named. It’s really just drop payload which for the B1-B is a nuke. For santa its a present and for future jets it will be whatever their payload is. In future I will also allow you to set what weapons the vehicle has so say the B1-B can carry a bunch of bombs
- dospawn - Spawn the player - used in Crazy 10 level
- spawnenemy - spawn an enemy
